The City of Paris is simplifying access to its digital services by setting up a single login account and a personal space.
It's an easy way to access the City of Paris' services, follow-up on your requests and contact advisors from the designated service.

Discover "Mon Paris"

With Mon Paris, you'll gradually be able to access all the city's digital services from a single identifier (e-mail) and password.
In your My Paris account, you can fill in your profile with personal data. You won't need to enter them again for future online requests.
This personal space enables you to track all your requests at a glance, and contact a team of experts who can direct your questions to the relevant departments.
Finally, Mon Paris gives you access to personalized content and information selected according to your areas of interest: newsletters tailored to your profile and alerts so you don't miss out on anything that matters to you.

What services are connected?

As soon as Mon Paris opens, the following digital services are already active:
  • Residential parking card application
  • Loc'annonces social housing application
  • View the rating of your social housing applicant file
  • Citizen card application
  • Paris Tennis
  • Paris Sport Seniors
  • Municipal adult courses
  • Civil status records
  • Follow-up of CASVP grants.
  • Demande d'Autorisation d'Occupation temporaire (AOT) de Stationnement évènementiel
Gradually, you'll be able to connect to all the City of Paris' digital services.

Security of your personal data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Mon Paris space and the associated file were declared to the CNIL on May 2, 2016, and an order was issued on May 13, 2016, published in the official municipal bulletin of the City of Paris.
Like you, we attach the utmost importance to the security of your personal data, and to respecting your confidentiality. The only purpose of collecting personal data in the Mon Paris area is to save you having to enter the same data when filling in a form linked to Mon Paris. It is done on your own initiative. No other use is made of your personal data, either by the City or by a third party. We take great care to ensure the physical and logical protection of data storage areas. You have the right to access and rectify your data, in accordance with the law.
No communication from the City of Paris can be sent without your explicit consent. This consent can be given or withdrawn, either when creating a new account, or in the My Settings section. In addition, the My Subscriptions section allows you to subscribe to the newsletters and e-mail notifications of your choice: it's up to you!
